Established in 2016 by brothers Smith & Onel Desir, Changing Life Resource Center Inc.  (CLRC) is a non-profit, Christian-based organization. We currently operate in Tampa, Florida, and La Gonâve, Haiti, to provide support and services to those in our community, regardless of race, color, or religious status.

As a small team of volunteers, we are dedicated to playing a relevant role in helping to change lives, which we see as opportunities to exercise God’s gracious love.
